SALT SPRING ISLAND GOAT CHEESE
We stock a variety of chevre (garlic, basil, preserved lemon, white truffle), as well as 2 surface-ripened cheeses (brie-like and very good) called the Juliette and the Blue Juliette.  We will also soon have 2 excellent fetas, chili and olive.

TRADITIONAL TOURTIERE
Our version of the traditional French Canadian pork & potato pie.  This is Mary Anne's grandmother's recipe.  It's simply and subtly spiced with the old world meat spices (allspice & cloves).  This makes a great luncheon dish or Christmas Eve snack.
