These are exceedingly popular both with staff and customers!  They are a combination of 5 types of nuts baked in a lightly salty-sweet mixture.  Careful, these may be addictive.

Our version of the traditional French Canadian pork & potato pie.  This is Mary Anne's grandmother's recipe.  It's simply and subtly spiced with the old world meat spices (allspice & cloves).  This makes a great luncheon dish or Christmas Eve snack.
